Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TW Command platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and administrators.

Service Description

TW Command is a business management platform designed for print and promotional products companies. The platform provides invoicing, payment processing, customer management, and QuickBooks Online integration. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Payment Processing

Payments made through TW Command are processed by Intuit Merchant Services. TW Custom Branding does not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on its servers. Processing fees may apply per your merchant agreement with Intuit. You are solely responsible for maintaining your Intuit merchant account and complying with Intuit's terms of service.

Intellectual Property

The TW Command platform, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by TW Custom Branding. All rights are reserved. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without prior written consent from TW Custom Branding.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TW Custom Branding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Texas.
